Early Careers Referral Relationship Manager

About the role

The Early Careers Referral Relationship Manager is the primary owner of the PPMDD‑referred candidate journey, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality experience from intake to final disposition. This role centralises accountability, improves communication transparency and maintains process consistency across the referral lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for all PPMDD referrals, confirming receipt and setting communication expectations.
• Provide timely, personalised outreach to referred candidates, including introductions, scheduling, coaching conversations and follow‑up communications.
• Guide candidates on recruiting timelines, role alignment, application strategy and eligibility considerations.
• Ensure all referrals are submitted through required systems, accurately tagged and documented with structured notes (e.g., Yello).
• Maintain data integrity for referral source, stakeholder context, candidate status and communication history.
• Communicate consistently with referring PPMDDs, setting clear expectations on process flow, updates and boundaries.
• Monitor candidate progression, identify delays, and coordinate with recruiters to keep momentum.
• Escalate concerns appropriately and manage milestone‑based updates across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy.
• Understanding of recruitment processes and fairness principles.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple recruiting teams and service‑line leadership.

Required skills

• Experience with Yello or similar recruiting tracking tools.
