About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a People Ops – Recruitment Services Specialist. You will be at the core of the employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll, benefits and compliance for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding and record‑keeping.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration to meet workforce needs.
• Respond to employee inquiries, provide resolutions or escalate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws through accurate documentation and process adherence.
• Maintain HR data quality using HR software and streamline operations.
• Analyse HR metrics to drive process improvements and strategic decisions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise HR service delivery.
• Handle employee terminations with confidentiality and professionalism.

Required profile
