About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Senior Analyst focused on partner affairs benefits compliance. You will ensure employees receive their entitled benefits while maintaining strict adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs across the firm.
• Analyze benefit plan data to identify cost‑saving and process‑improvement opportunities.
• Utilize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for accurate benefits administration and record‑keeping.
• Handle confidential employee information with integrity.
• Navigate complex regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with labor legislation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve employee inquiries and benefits‑related issues.
• Conduct benefits audits to validate program effectiveness and compliance.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes related to benefits.
• Develop and maintain documentation for benefits procedures.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in HR or benefits administration.
• Proven ability to work independently and anticipate team and client needs.
