Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator - Associate

About the role

EY's Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA2) team supports its clients by providing the right talent, and the Early Careers Recruiting Coordinator helps deliver this through the Early Careers recruiting strategy. The role supports Recruiters by coordinating and managing candidate interviews and handling other parts of the recruiting process, such as candidate processing, internal updates, communications, reporting and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Early Careers recruiting strategy, including creative approaches to campus recruiting support
• Use the Early Careers Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and report on candidates for standard pipelines and referral management
• Support risk management by reviewing resumes, applications, transcripts and onboarding/pre-hire requirements, and follow hiring steps from offers to evaluations
• Organize and run candidate selection processes and communications as directed by the Recruiter
• Plan and manage virtual interviews, including troubleshooting cancellations, rescheduling and technology issues
• Maintain a list of interviewers with the Recruiter and liaise with the Recruiter and client service teams on candidate status
• Support virtual webinars and sessions for EY Next Steps and onboarding
• Process invoices, purchase orders and check requests on behalf of TA2

Required profile

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related discipline preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Fluency in English, verbal and written
• HR or recruiting experience is a plus
• Ideally, experience in a professional services or large matrix corporate environment

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Ideally proficiency in SuccessFactors and/or Yello
