Early Careers Attraction Project Manager

About the role

EY is looking for an Early Careers Attraction Project Manager to act as the central coordinator for its project-manager-led school strategy. The role leads the execution of campus strategy plans and ensures alignment across recruiting teams, alumni stakeholders and campus partners. It virtually manages and supports stakeholder teams responsible for university engagement, giving them the resources, tools, materials, communications and guidance they need, and oversees campus strategy, communications, governance, event and engagement requests, budget tracking and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and remotely support university engagement activities by partnering with University Relationship Leaders, client-serving professionals, alumni and recruiting stakeholders on targeted campus initiatives.
• Support event planning, logistics, outreach, communications and operational coordination so campus engagement runs smoothly.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder teams, making sure they have the resources, materials, guidance and information they need.
• Manage engagement requests and align campus activities with talent priorities, local market needs, skills-based hiring objectives and high-potential candidate development.
• Tailor engagement approaches with internal and external stakeholders according to university priorities and evolving talent attraction needs.
• Track project milestones, stakeholder commitments and engagement outcomes, and report regularly to leadership.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruiting, talent operations or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt priorities as business needs change.
• Strong teaming and relationship management skills, able to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• A relationship-first mindset with a commitment to process integrity and fairness; the role does not influence hiring decisions.

Required skills

• Experience with recruiting systems, CRM tools or candidate tracking platforms.
• Ideal candidates also have experience supporting Early Careers or campus recruiting programs, familiarity with stakeholder engagement at senior levels, and experience in process improvement or workflow optimization.
