Dynamics 365 CE Tech Lead with Power Platform / Power Pages

About the role

EY's Digital Engineering practice, part of its Financial Services business unit, is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Tech Lead with Power Platform and Power Pages expertise. The role focuses on evaluating, designing, customizing and optimizing solutions, working with multi-disciplinary teams worldwide to turn clients' digital visions into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, customize and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Configure Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Marketing
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
• Develop customizations including plugins, custom actions, business rules, JavaScript and Power Automate flows
• Design integrations using REST APIs and Azure Logic Apps
• Work with Dataverse for data modeling and security configuration

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and the CE security model
• Experience with C#.NET, plugins, custom actions and JavaScript
• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Integration experience using Azure services
• Familiarity with DevOps and ALM practices
• Experience working with global teams and strong communication skills

• Ideal: React or Angular, ADO Build Pipelines, Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications, prior consulting experience
