Director Real Estate Finance – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI assistants that support finance teams. In this remote, independent‑contractor position you will evaluate AI chatbot outputs, verify their reasoning, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital‑markets topics.
• Use your education and work experience to assess the accuracy and logic of AI‑generated responses.
• Challenge the models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Deliver clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version toward higher reliability.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience in finance.
• Fluency in English at a bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality.
