Digital Insurance Project Manager – Fully Remote

About the role

As a Digital Insurance Project Manager you will lead the implementation of new and existing projects within CoverGo’s operations, driving transformative initiatives in the insurtech space.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project planning sessions with internal teams and client staff.
• Support solution proposals, proposals, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Manage project progress, adapt work as required and ensure deadlines are met.
• Host regular project reviews and produce status reports using company metrics.
• Oversee all project documentation and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance domain; insurance knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong client‑facing experience and ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Must be based in Canada.
