About the role

Join ZS’s Insights & Analytics team to develop advanced statistical models and guide client decision‑making using data‑driven techniques. You will work on multiple projects, delivering high‑quality analyses and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Design and execute custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and internal teams through presentations.
• Provide project status updates and create deliverables for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving ZS capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative discipline with strong academic record.
• Up to 3 years of relevant post‑collegiate experience.
• Fluency in English and strong oral and written communication skills.
• High motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in teams.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Java, Python, R, Visual Basic.
• Analytic tools: SAS, Tableau, Excel.
• Experience with Hadoop ecosystem and database systems.
