Delivery Coordinator for Remote Web Development Projects

About the role

The client, a US‑based fully remote team specializing in WordPress and Shopify development, is looking for a detail‑oriented Delivery Coordinator to support website projects, improve delivery processes, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion and delivery commitments using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate daily task assignments, follow‑ups and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project boards, statuses, owners, priorities and next steps.
• Identify blockers, missing information, technical dependencies and potential delivery risks early.
• Facilitate communication between clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA and other stakeholders.
• Assist with collecting client content, approvals, access and other information required for project completion.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, accountable and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional coordination.

Required skills

• Experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp or Monday.
• Working knowledge of WordPress or Shopify.
• Familiarity with basic software development concepts.
