About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Data Solutions Senior Associate. You will work at the intersection of business, experience, and technology, helping tax and advisory teams deliver data‑driven solutions for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design end‑to‑end data solutions that improve customer and employee engagement.
• Transform, clean, and optimize data for internal reporting and analytics using SQL or Python.
• Validate data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and data‑visualisation capabilities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support automation and digital‑transformation initiatives, including data entry and workflow mapping.
• Collaborate with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in data analysis or data‑solution delivery, preferably within a tax or consulting environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members.
