About the role

INFUSE is seeking a detail‑oriented Data‑Focused Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key Business Intelligence projects. This remote contract position works within a fast‑paced demand‑generation environment, helping B2B clients turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

Assist project managers to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.
Use Business Intelligence tools to analyze, visualize, and present data for decision‑making.
Maintain accurate project documentation and verify data quality.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to produce detailed reports and support strategic recommendations.

Required profile

Proficiency with Business Intelligence platforms.
Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical abilities.
Basic understanding of database systems and data validation processes (a plus).
Experience improving AI‑driven workflows is highly valued.
Fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian.
