Customer Support Specialist – Spanish Speaking (Remote)

About the role

Best Service Team (BST) is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote, international team. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish‑speaking customers in the Argentinian market, helping them navigate the online gaming platform and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English.
• Provide accurate, timely solutions and information to customers.
• Document all interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer applications.
• Experience using CRM software.
