Customer Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to lead our efforts in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building sustainable relationships and supporting the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine customer relationship management processes, workflows, and playbooks from the ground up.
• Document customer engagement practices, escalation procedures, and service standards.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, improve satisfaction, and drive upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, collaborating with sales to win back former customers.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to clients.

Required profile

• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, concise process guides.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data and presenting actionable insights.
• Proven experience in a customer relationship or success role.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
