Customer Success Specialist | B2B

About the role

goFLUENT, a B2B provider of hyper-personalized language solutions, is hiring a Customer Success Specialist in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role helps expand the Argentine market and ensures clients get maximum value from its digital learning solutions. The position is hybrid: four days in the office and one day working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, understanding their evolving training needs
• Guide new clients through onboarding as a product expert
• Analyze client data, run business reviews and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and program success
• Identify upselling opportunities and expand client partnerships
• Gather feedback, optimize the learner experience and share industry best practices and trends in digital learning

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in Spanish
• Intermediate English
• Experience in training, e-learning or HR solutions (SaaS) is a plus
• Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a collaborative team player
