Customer Success Manager – LATAM & Spain

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, agile, and highly organised Customer Success Manager to support our clients in LATAM and Spain. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to ensure customers derive maximum value from Echobox’s AI‑driven publishing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts in LATAM and Spain, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Resolve client issues, provide product education and handle Level 2‑3 support queries.
• Prepare and deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) highlighting value and recommending improvements.
• Lead upsell conversations to expand social network coverage or email usage tiers.
• Serve as the liaison between customers and the tech team, feeding market needs into the product roadmap.
• Monitor engagement and drive high renewal rates through strong, long‑term relationships.
• Apply SaaS best practices to improve customer lifecycle management, focusing on retention, expansion and satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of account management or customer success experience with a proven record in renewals, upsells and quarterly business reviews.
• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B technology environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
