CRA II – Sponsor Dedicated (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II to support sponsor‑dedicated clinical studies in Argentina. The role involves on‑site and remote monitoring activities across the study lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring adherence to ICH‑GCP and local regulations.
• Review source documents, verify data entry in CRFs, and resolve queries to meet timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and compliance with storage and dispensing procedures.
• Document activities through trip reports, confirmation letters, and other required project documentation.
• Support site staff training, audit readiness, and act as primary liaison between the sponsor and study sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Good computer skills and proficiency with electronic data capture systems.
• Understanding of source document review and data verification processes.
• Experience with investigational product handling and inventory management.
