Country Manager Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for a Country Manager responsible for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. The role drives business growth and market development across the three countries, leads operating plans for product and program launches, and works closely with the field sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth and market development across Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
• Lead the development and execution of operating plans supporting product and program launches, sales objectives and product adoption.
• Work with the field sales organization on customer education, training and product messaging.
• Develop and implement global operating plans and drive product and service strategies that deliver market differentiation, revenue growth and market share.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Clinic Operations, Quality, Legal, Finance, Marketing, IT and Project Management to meet sales targets and implement strategic initiatives.
• Manage people: mentor, coach and develop staff, set performance goals, conduct performance reviews and 1:1s, and manage the management team.

Required profile

• Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent for degrees earned outside the United States) and at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years of managerial experience; or an advanced degree with at least 13 years of relevant experience and 10+ years of managerial experience.
• Advanced management and leadership knowledge, with mastery in a specific technical area or across several related disciplines.
• Ability to lead cross-department project teams and manage across multiple functions.
