Corporate Finance Manager, Americas

About the role

Air Liquide is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager for the Americas region to lead Treasury, Payments & Cash Management activities and drive financial risk management across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Treasury, Payments & Cash Management at entity/cluster/GBS/CoE/GBU/HO level.
• Manage financial risk including financing, foreign exchange, banking relationships and cash flow.
• Guide cash‑flow planning to ensure sufficient liquidity and effective cash management.
• Support foreign‑exchange, interest‑rate and commodity‑risk hedging strategies.
• Assist month‑end closing activities related to cash and working‑capital management.
• Structure capital needs, identify financing requirements and propose solutions.
• Partner with banks and financial institutions to secure cost‑effective funding.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies.
• Participate in projects aimed at working‑capital reduction and administrative efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management or a related field; treasury certification or master’s degree is a plus.
• Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and debt products.
• Ability to balance individual ownership with collaborative teamwork.
• Proven capability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
