Claims Analyst (Analista de Siniestros)

About the role
Marsh is looking for a Claims Analyst to join its team in Argentina. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle claims (gestion de siniestros)
- Enter data into the system (carga en el sistema)
- Follow up with clients (seguimiento con el cliente)
- Communicate with reinsurers (comunicación a los reaseguradores)
- Check settlements (chequear las liquidaciones)
- Manage collections (gestión de cobranza)
Required profile
- Preferred degree in economic or administrative fields; students or technicians are also welcome
- 1 year of experience preferred in reinsurance or insurance
- Intermediate Excel and intermediate English
- Nice to have: communication, proactivity, organisation and customer service
