About the role

The GL Junior Analyst supports day‑to‑day GL operations, including bank and account reconciliations, accounting, and reporting. Working under the GL Team Lead, the analyst will gain hands‑on experience alongside seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

Receive, review, and post journal entries from local teams and other BSC towers.
Analyze account reconciliations and maintain organized financial records.
Prepare and update desktop procedures at least twice a year.
Identify improvement opportunities and foster collaborative initiatives.

Required profile

Students in 3rd or 4th year of Public Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Intermediate to advanced English and mandatory Spanish.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in Google Suite.
