Copilot & Power Platform Architect

About the role

Nimble Gravity is seeking a Copilot & Power Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise automation and AI‑enabled solutions. This client‑facing consulting position owns the technical architecture from discovery through deployment, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) aligned with business goals.
• Architect and deploy Copilot Studio agents using patterns such as retrieval‑augmented generation, prompt orchestration, grounding, and tool calling.
• Define scalable integration patterns across Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third‑party systems via APIs, custom connectors, and on‑premises gateways.
• Establish ALM practices, solution packaging, environment strategy, deployment pipelines, and release controls.
• Build governance frameworks covering environment segmentation, DLP policies, RBAC, capacity planning, and responsible AI guardrails.
• Lead discovery workshops, produce technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support pre‑sales activities, including scoping, estimation, solution design, and technical demos.
• Contribute to internal standards, reference architectures, governance playbooks, and coach client makers on Center of Excellence patterns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience architecting and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops and communicate technical concepts to both technical teams and executive sponsors.
