Contract Manager

About the role

SDI is expanding its Contract Management Team and seeks a Contract Manager to oversee end‑to‑end contract processes for supplier enablement, acting as the primary liaison between suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract facilitation across multiple regions, managing up to 20+ contracts simultaneously.
• Coordinate redline negotiations, legal reviews, and approval workflows with suppliers and internal teams.
• Serve as escalation point for contract administrators and analysts, handling template questions and contract term issues.
• Conduct gap analysis, assess contract language risks, and defend legal terms on standard templates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of contract or procurement experience.
• Strong internal stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of explaining legal risks to both experts and laypersons.
• Ability to thrive under tight timelines and manage ambiguity in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
