Continuous Improvement / Transformation Analyst

About the role

Marsh is looking for a talented individual to join its team as a Continuous Improvement / Transformation Analyst. The position is based in Argentina and is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze and quantify improvements
• Develop and implement automations using low-code tools
• Develop metrics and KPIs related to processes

Required profile

• 2 years of experience in transformation teams
• Degree or about to graduate in a related field
• Preferred: experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI
• Preferred: project management under PMI methodology and risk and issue management
• Preferred: knowledge of process structures and agile frameworks
• Intermediate English, preferably still studying

• Process frameworks and agile frameworks (agile frameworks valued positively)
