About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Contact Center Tax Specialist, supporting client tax needs through detailed partnership tax tasks, research, and compliance assistance across local, foreign income, and transaction matters.

Key responsibilities

• Handle contact center tax inquiries and provide specialized guidance on partnership tax matters.
• Review client information and support tax compliance activities for local, foreign income, and transactions.
• Research tax regulations, apply technical standards, and prepare draft responses, workpapers, and documentation.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns, variances, and filing impacts.
• Coordinate with internal tax teams to route issues, track progress, and support project delivery.
• Document case activity, findings, and follow‑up actions in tracking systems and client records.

Required profile

• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience supporting contact center tax inquiries and case resolution.
• Ability to gather and organize facts from multiple information sources.
• Clear communication skills and active listening.
• Willingness to learn tax guidance and apply firm independence requirements.
