Community Impact Coordinator – Community Engagement

About the role

This position supports EY’s Americas Sustainability and Community Impact team, focusing on compliance due diligence for nonprofit partners and managing the Community Engagement Funding portal. The role is based in Global Delivery Services Argentina and works closely with U.S. teams across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in nonprofit due‑diligence, maintaining files and supporting the Risk Committee in approval decisions.
• Manage the Community Engagement Funding portal, handling documentation, risk protocols, and user queries.
• Run data analyses to inform leadership decisions and track funding submission progress.
• Collaborate with IT developers to enhance portal functionality and user experience.
• Provide operational support such as preparing presentations, reports, and maintaining trackers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ~3 years of experience in operational support, analytics, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with data handling, trackers, and reporting.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
