Commercial Services Procurement Specialist – LATAM

About the role

The Commercial Services Procurement Specialist will develop and execute sourcing strategies for commercial services spend across the Latin America region. Reporting to the Commercial Services Procurement Manager, the role focuses on cost optimisation, supplier innovation and value creation for a leading consumer‑packaged‑goods company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement best‑in‑class sourcing strategies for commercial services across LATAM.
• Build and maintain high‑impact relationships with senior stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Legal.
• Lead complex negotiations and establish long‑term supplier agreements.
• Define supplier selection and performance management processes to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and supply‑chain risks, adjusting strategies to mitigate disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement and corporate spend management.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
• Experience using SAP procurement modules.
• Familiarity with Ariba sourcing and contract management systems.
