Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) II or Senior CRA to support real‑world late‑phase studies on a remote basis from Argentina. The role involves managing site activities from qualification through close‑out while ensuring compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits remotely or on‑site, ensuring adherence to ICH‑GCP, GPP and protocol guidelines.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in case report forms, and resolve queries within agreed timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and compliance with storage, dispensing and labeling procedures.
• Document activities through trip reports, letters, and logs, and support recruitment, retention and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and eCRF platforms.
• Experience conducting source document review and query resolution.
• Familiarity with investigational product handling and inventory management.
