About the role
Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to conduct on‑site and remote monitoring of clinical studies, ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform monitoring visits, review protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Create monitoring plans, checklists, and templates to ensure quality monitoring.
- Document monitoring activities, write reports, follow‑up letters and action plans.
- Coordinate site visits, track study progress and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with investigators, site staff and cross‑functional teams to support trial operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2‑4 years of clinical research monitoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
