Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the role

Join Pfizer’s Worldwide Medical and Safety team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data, directly impacting the development of new treatments and therapies for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical trial activities, assisting managers in execution.
• Maintain the Pfizer Trial Master File (PTMF) in compliance with ICH‑GCP and SOPs.
• Update trial and site information in the Corporate Clinical Trial Registry and support applications to ethics committees and regulatory authorities.
• Provide administrative support for protocols and Informed Consent Documents to global Project and Study Managers.
• Develop and maintain local tracking spreadsheets, prepare supportive materials for sites, and identify process improvements for inspection readiness.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree with any years of experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and develop strategies for completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of ICH‑GCP, SOPs, and clinical trial regulatory documents.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot for problem solving.
