About the role
Join ABB's Electrification business area in Bella Vista, Tucuman, as a Buyer. You will be responsible for purchasing materials that meet technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms while ensuring compliance with corporate purchasing policies.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate Purchase Orders in the system based on requisitions and standard procedures.
- Confirm delivery with suppliers and monitor supplier performance against PO requirements.
- Negotiate agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew price lists, terms, and conditions.
- Recommend and execute frame agreements upon management approval.
- Analyze and evaluate bids to determine optimal value.
Required profile
- Degree in Engineering or Economic Sciences (advanced student or recent graduate).
- 1-3 years of procurement experience.
- Intermediate level of English communication.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for teamwork and customer service.
