Bilingual Optimization Agent

About the role

The Optimization Agent will help advertisers boost the performance of their digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels by providing data‑driven recommendations and strategic account optimization. You will work within the Optimization Services team, collaborating with Account Managers, Strategists, and clients in global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for increased effectiveness, efficiency, and ROI.
• Build, reorganize, and restructure advertising accounts to align with business goals and best practices.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic recommendations and performance insights.
• Create, adapt, and localize keywords, ad copy, and campaign assets while respecting cultural nuances.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, App) campaign management and optimization.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
