AI Growth Ops – QA and Operations Specialist

About the role

The AI Growth Ops role is responsible for day‑to‑day quality assurance and operations of Kraken's internal AI‑native growth platform. You will ensure the system runs smoothly, catch issues before customers see them, and keep approval and exception queues flowing.

Key responsibilities

• Test new releases, rule changes, and edge cases; run regression checks to verify existing functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps, severity, and impact until fixed.
• Monitor platform performance and agent activity, flag anomalies, and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Process daily approval queues, ensuring items are reviewed and nothing is left unattended.
• Validate agent output against checklists and standards, escalating unclear or risky items.
• Maintain documentation such as test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.

Required profile

• Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics on software products or complex systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to testing.
• Clear written communication for bug reports and documentation.
• Comfort reading dashboards and spotting data anomalies.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and ask thoughtful questions.
