Associate Site Contract Specialist

About the role

Join a global team supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in clinical trial site contracting. As an Associate Site Contract Specialist you will assist in drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts and budgets with investigative sites, ensuring alignment with internal teams and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise site amendments and budgets in line with approved parameters.
• Coordinate with internal functional departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines and achieve target activation cycle times.
• Ensure compliance with negotiation authority, budgetary guidance, templates and escalation procedures.
• Track and report contract status and support other specialists with reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of clinical trial agreements and investigator grant negotiation.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of PPD SOPs and WPDs.
• Proficiency with automated contract management systems and standard office software.
