Contract Manager

About the role

The Contract Manager is responsible for the full life‑cycle management of sponsor contracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements and sponsor expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and finalize contracts, change orders and termination documents in collaboration with Business Development, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Lead negotiations with sponsors, define scope of work, integrate changes into the main contract and update study budgets.
• Maintain accurate contract and budget records in Salesforce and the finance system, and provide guidance on policy compliance.
• Coordinate approvals for discounts, payment terms and budget revisions with senior management and functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in CRO or pharmaceutical contracting, proposal development or business development operations.
• Strong analytical, planning and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
