Associate Project Manager

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of clinical studies. The role involves managing project deliverables, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, and ensuring financial health of studies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including vendor coordination, KPI reporting, risk mitigation, and timeline tracking.
• Act as primary point of contact for sponsors and vendors on deliverables such as TMF, data quality, analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor study budgets, financial performance, and assist with invoice review and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain metric reports from multiple sources for senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, keeping studies audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Experience in project management within clinical or life‑science environments.
• Ability to manage financial aspects of studies, including budgeting and invoice approval.
• Strong collaboration skills with functional leads, vendors, and sponsors.
