Associate Logistics Manager

About the role

Join Ecolab's Corporate Logistics team in Buenos Aires as an Associate Logistics Manager supporting the North America Logistics Control Tower. You will lead daily operations of the expedited service offering, coach a team, and work closely with commercial and supply‑chain partners to ensure time‑sensitive shipments are delivered safely and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Expedite team, setting clear expectations and performance goals.
• Plan, execute, monitor and resolve expedited shipments with urgency, acting as the primary escalation point for critical deliveries.
• Partner with Commercial, Customer Service, Planning, Warehousing and Transportation stakeholders to align priorities and service requirements.
• Drive accountability through data‑driven performance reviews, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as on‑time performance, response time, execution quality, cost and exception trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or related operations.
• At least 1 year of people‑leadership or transportation‑management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience in root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with transportation management systems and SAP.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Project management and change‑management experience.
