Associate Billing Analyst

About the role

Epsilon is seeking an Associate Billing Analyst to support its Billing team in Argentina, focusing on budget estimate preparation and invoice coordination for the LATAM region, initially covering Cono Sur. The role involves close collaboration with Sales and Finance to ensure accurate billing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales to gather client documentation, purchase orders and order listings for budget preparation and billing.
• Manage invoice request activities with resources in Costa Rica for the Cono Sur scope, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate information.
• Prepare and issue regional budget estimates, maintaining accuracy and alignment with timelines.
• Maintain data entry, documentation control and process traceability across budget and billing activities.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in billing, budget control, finance operations or similar administrative/financial support role.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to follow up on pending items.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with Sales, Finance and internal teams.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel skills.
