Assistant Director, Experienced Recruiting Manager (Argentina)

About the role

The Assistant Director, Experienced Recruiting Manager will lead and develop a team of recruiting professionals in Argentina, supporting experienced‑hire activities and acting as a key liaison with US recruiting leadership. The role balances operational excellence, talent development, and stakeholder management to scale recruiting capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations of the Experienced Recruiting team in Argentina.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture through regular coaching, one‑on‑one meetings and career development planning.
• Monitor productivity, workload distribution, service levels and KPIs, and report results to US Experienced Recruiting leaders.
• Identify performance trends and develop action plans to improve team effectiveness and service delivery.
• Conduct quality reviews, analyse metrics and implement training initiatives to close learning and performance gaps.
• Partner with US recruiting leadership to align priorities, share market intelligence and act as a trusted advisor.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee‑relations issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruiting teams and managing senior‑level talent acquisition initiatives.
• Strong ability to drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs and implement continuous‑improvement actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across global HR functions.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, develop and retain talent within a fast‑paced environment.
