Appointment Setter (Remote, B2B)

About the role

As an Appointment Setter you will handle inbound 15‑20 minute intro calls with US contractors who have shown interest through our ads. Your goal is to qualify leads and book qualified calls for our closers, ensuring high show rates and quality appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound dials per day, calling fresh leads within 5 minutes of receipt.
• Qualify contractors by understanding their trade, location, and current lead generation methods.
• Book qualified appointments on the closer’s calendar, aiming for a 40%+ booking rate.
• Confirm each booked call the night before and maintain a 60%+ show rate.
• Follow up on no‑shows, reactivations, and DM inquiries to generate additional appointments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of phone‑based sales or appointment‑setting experience.
• Strong ownership mindset; treat each lead as your own business.
• Client‑first integrity – honest, transparent communication without exaggeration.
• Ability to work US Eastern business hours (Mon‑Sat, 8 am‑6 pm) from a quiet remote space.
