Application Configuration Specialist - SF LMS

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services is looking for an Application Configuration Specialist for its SF LMS practice in Buenos Aires. The AE Config Lead takes full responsibility for delivering LMS solutions end-to-end, working with the Project Manager, QA resources and the integration team.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions aligned with organizational learning, compliance and development strategies.
• Translate business, HR and L&D requirements into scalable learning structures, curricula, assignments and workflows.
• Support enhancements, releases, data migration, testing and production support.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Learning with other SuccessFactors modules, enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and analytics teams on consistent learner data and reporting.
• Prepare functional documents, test scenarios and configuration workbooks, and manage SCORM/AICC content integration.
• Use AI-assisted tools and pre-built AI capabilities to improve learning recommendations, completion tracking and insights.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise SDLC, data privacy, security and responsible AI guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a business-related degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors Learning Management.
• Minimum 5+ end-to-end implementation or support projects in SF LMS.
• Experience in global HR and talent management processes; professional services experience preferred.
• SAP Certified for Learning Management and at least one additional Talent Management module.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and delivery expertise.
• LMS integrations with HR Core, Recruiting and Onboarding, and OCN integration with external content providers.
• Learning item, curriculum, program, certification and compliance training configuration.
• Custom reports and dashboards for learning analytics (SAC/ORD).
• Experience with AI-assisted tools, automation and intelligent insights in L&D contexts.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
