Over de functie

Voor ons productiecircuit in de gastronomie zoeken wij een administratief analist die full‑time (jornada completa) de financiële en administratieve processen ondersteunt. Je werkt nauw samen met de productie‑ en inkoopafdelingen om de efficiëntie en winstgevendheid te verhogen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Facturatie en incasso van klanten
Beheer en uitvoering van crediteurenadministratie
Bank‑ en leveranciers‑ en klantafstemmingen
Valutavoorziening en liquidatie van vreemde valuta
Bijwerken van kredietinformatie bij banken
Probleemoplossing en ad‑hoc vraagstukken
Opstellen van periodieke rapportages

Gewenst profiel

Universitair afgeronde opleiding (hbo/wo)
Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring
Leeftijd tussen 26 en 35 jaar
Sterke analytische vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid

Vereiste vaardigheden

Kennis van facturatie‑ en incassoprocessen
Ervaring met bank‑ en leveranciersafstemmingen
Inzicht in valutavoorziening en -liquidatie
Vaardig in het opstellen van financiële rapportages
