About the role
Pilothouse is seeking an Amazon Media Buyer to drive performance across assigned Amazon accounts. You will work with a fast‑growing performance marketing team, optimizing ad spend, listings, and inventory to deliver strong results for direct‑to‑consumer brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns, optimizing ACOS, TACoS and profitability.
- Develop bid strategies, audience targeting and budget allocation.
- Analyze advertising performance and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
- Conduct keyword research, implement SEO best practices and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, backend terms).
- Perform iterative testing to improve conversion rates.
- Support inventory forecasting, variation structure maintenance and catalog organization.
- Execute promotions such as Lightning Deals and Coupons.
- Collaborate with fulfillment, DTC, social and paid‑media teams to align execution with business objectives.
- Contribute to internal process, tool and automation development.
Required profile
- Background in marketing, e‑commerce or Amazon (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
