AI UX/UI Designer

About the role

The AI UX/UI Designer works at the intersection of user experience design and AI‑assisted workflows. Using AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude or Gemini as the default starting point, the designer creates and refines digital interfaces for websites, platforms and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes (low‑, mid‑ and high‑fidelity) and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Leverage AI tools for exploration and layout alternatives, applying design judgment to refine outputs manually.
• Design digital interfaces following usability principles, information architecture and the existing design system.
• Integrate screen copy from the Copy Editor, ensuring hierarchy, readability and usability.
• Maintain clean, organized Figma files and collaborate with Development during handoff.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital product, website or application design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce development‑ready design files.
• Ability to work independently while seeking guidance on complex challenges.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variables, prototyping, design systems).
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI design tools such as Figma Make, Claude or Gemini.
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, interaction design and visual hierarchy.
