AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will use your expertise to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI‑driven financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Test models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to assess reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
• Generate diverse financial problems and evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Background in finance – advanced degree (MBA+) or substantial professional experience.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
