About the role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot responses, test their reasoning with complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Use your finance expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
- Challenge models with real‑world edge cases to identify strengths and gaps.
- Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version.
Required profile
- Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
- Detail‑oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s or PhD) or equivalent professional finance experience.
