AI Security Architect

About the role

PMI is transforming its business toward a smoke‑free future and needs a senior security professional to protect its AI‑driven assets. The AI Security Architect will design, evolve and manage best‑in‑class security solutions for non‑human identities and agentic systems across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain security architectures for Non‑Human Identity (NHI) and Agentic Identity across cloud‑based and hybrid environments.
• Develop, enforce and continuously improve security policies, standards and procedures for AI agents, service accounts and automated identities.
• Conduct regular assessments of NHI and Agentic Identity controls, recommending enhancements to mitigate threats.
• Architect and manage identity governance solutions to detect, prevent and respond to incidents involving non‑human entities.
• Collaborate with Information Security, compliance and business teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Provide guidance and training on NHI and Agentic Identity security technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Security Architect with a focus on AI security and identity‑access management.
• At least 5 years experience in cyber‑security roles within large corporate organisations.
