About the role

The AI Operations Residency is a paid, full‑time remote program that trains ten participants to become Operations Managers for fast‑growing, founder‑led businesses that leverage AI. The residency combines live training, hands‑on project work and mentorship, and culminates in a permanent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a live cohort covering AI‑driven operations design and execution.
• Identify, design and implement operational processes for your own projects and for client companies.
• Deliver real‑world work that is reviewed and signed off by a mentor.
• Earn certification and be matched with a founder as their Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience running operations, managing an online business, or acting as a founder’s right‑hand.
• Background in small, founder‑led companies with little existing structure, capable of creating order from scratch.
• Strong habit of continuous improvement and fast learning.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a reliable remote work setup.
• Motivation to become proficient in AI, even without prior AI experience.
