AI Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Join Darwin AI's Operations team as an AI Onboarding Specialist, driving the first phase of the customer journey. You will help new clients realize the value of our AI solutions from day one by managing the onboarding process and delivering functional AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out the onboarding process for new client accounts, collecting and configuring all necessary information.
• Conduct kick‑off meetings to align expectations, gather requirements, and guide clients through the onboarding journey.
• Build and configure AI assistants using internal tools based on client needs and business logic.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams for seamless handoff and unified client experience.
• Maintain communication via WhatsApp, resolve blockers, and ensure progress.
• Deliver the first AI version promptly, meeting quality standards before go‑live.
• Monitor onboarding timelines to launch accounts within SLA and mitigate churn risk.
• Provide initial training and resources for clients to test and understand their AI agents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Customer Experience, Onboarding, or Technical Support roles.
• Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into technical configurations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication and a client‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Experience creating and managing JSONs.
• Understanding of structured logic flows.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier (a plus).
