About the role

Superside is seeking a Lead Creative with a passion for Generative AI to drive creative excellence across branding, landing pages, ads, social, print, and presentations. You will guide a global team of top‑tier creatives, blending strategic leadership with hands‑on craft to deliver human‑centered, high‑impact work for leading brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools such as text‑to‑image, text‑to‑video, and layout automation.
• Experiment with emerging AI workflows to enhance quality, efficiency, and creative expression.
• Integrate AI‑assisted assets into creative workflows while preserving brand integrity and human emotion.
• Guide creative direction, ensuring every project aligns with strategy and purpose.
• Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive environment that encourages shared ownership and diverse perspectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar, with a strong history of guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to express creative ideas clearly.
• Collaborative, ego‑free approach with strong empathy, active listening, and trust‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong skills in Figma and presentation platforms.
• Proficient use of AI tools (e.g., text‑to‑image, text‑to‑video) as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
